Marketing Tune-Up

In order for anything to run smoothly, you need to continually check it, evaluate it and fix it. That is where we come in. Just like car that needs preventive maintenance in order to continue to perform at its highest possible potential, so does your business. We will have a scheduled opportunity at your convenience to do all the preventive maintenance on your marketing plan to ensure that it continues to do what it was created to do. Increase your product sales, product knowledge among your sales staff, and awareness just to mention a few.  Ensuring that your company gets a tune up regularly will help maintain the performance of your marketing plan and extend its chances of success.

tune up generally includes several market surveys, evaluating your current customer's perception of you as well as those of your competitors; mystery shops testing your staff current knowledge of your products and how they're treating your most valuable asset, your customer. After that, a set of training recommendations will be sent to you based on the results obtained.  These plans may seem superficial, but failing to check them and make adjustments regularly can cause decreased performance in your company, overall forecast, and may even lead to other problems. For example, customer service evaluations should be performed 3 months from the sales associate’s start date, and at least four times a year thereafter. Failing to perform these evaluations will cause your company to perform less and less and your customer retention to decrease with it as well. If the problem is left unattended, you will be spending twice as much to get new customers to your door, which will eventually leave with the rest.

"Most business owners are far more likely to underprice themselves than to overprice. Your pricing tells the quality of your product. Some businesses have been extremely successful with very high pricing and matching positioning"
